Colorado State University’s TILT (The Institute for Learning and Teaching) is now accepting submissions for their Annual Celebration of Academics in the Arts. Submissions are open for students and staff at CSU, as well as members of the community.
This year’s theme is Global Justice: A Frame of Mind. The TILT building, located on the CSU Oval at 801 Oval Drive, will act as the gallery to display the winning artists’ work. This art will be on display until next year’s celebration.
Artists are free to show creativity, with TILT accepting two-dimensional works, such as paintings, photographs, drawings, prints, and textiles. Each artist can submit up to three pieces, as long as the size doesn’t exceed 72” x 72”. Also, all art submitted must have been completed in the past three years. The submission portal will be open today, Friday, Feb. 12 until March 4 until 5 p.m. Winners will be announced on March 15. The gallery opening will be on April 9th in the TILT building.
